In the heart of Mookgophong, or Naboomspruit, the Venter-family started Naboom Toyota as a family business. Today this company supports the entire community and goes the extra mile to deliver suitable vehicles to all its customers.

Our used vehicles are all according to the Automark-standard – the workshop technicians ensure that you can drive your used vehicle over mountains and valleys with peace of mind. Here at Naboom Toyota, we help every client choose a vehicle that suits his/her budget and lifestyle. When you have found your dream vehicle, you can pay cash or we can arrange financing for you at any bank.
Every client is very important to us, but so is every staff member, some of them have been with the business for years and contribute to its success. For Naboom Toyota, the community and its children are important, therefore we have already trained a few young “boerseuns” as technicians.
A Family Business
Mr. Jan Venter and his son, Anton, founded Naboom Toyota in 1981. Anton took over the business after Jan retired in 1985. In 1991 the premises moved to our brand new building – where the business still stands today.
For 38 years Anton built up Naboom Toyota to a credible dealership that delivers excellent service. Customers often made a pit stop just to come and have a cappuccino. Anton's cappuccino, which he made for customers himself, was legendary.
Anton’s three children, Jan Louis, Anton Jr. and Angeline, joined the business after school - heartfelt, nice people! The children learned under their father's wing and good example and each of them is now making their own mark in the business.
Mother Maryna Venter was Anton's right hand from the start. She is still involved today in applying the values Anton's vision was.
Anton was diagnosed with cancer in 2019 and passed away later that year.
With Jan Louis, Anton and Angeline in charge of Naboom Toyota, they continue the tradition of being a family business. At Naboom Toyota we go where you go, you are not just a client to us; you are a friend and become family.
